Data Retention Policy

Uploaded files, extracted text, chunks, embeddings, metadata, AI history, and graph relationships are retained while the user keeps them in the workspace.

Deletion should remove the stored file and dependent searchable records, subject to backup, security, billing, and legal retention obligations.

Audit logs, rate limit buckets, email logs, payment records, invoices, webhook events, and security records may be retained for abuse prevention, legal compliance, tax, accounting, dispute handling, and incident response.

Chunked upload staging records expire and should be removed by operational cleanup if not assembled within the configured expiry window.
