Data we process
Aleshi Atlas processes account details, Firebase authentication identifiers, uploaded files, extracted text, document chunks, metadata, embeddings, knowledge graph relationships, AI conversation history, billing events, payment identifiers, email logs, settings, and audit logs.
Uploaded files and extracted content are used to provide indexing, semantic search, AI question answering, graph relationships, storage accounting, and account support.
AI processing
Atlas uses retrieval augmented generation. The system sends only relevant chunks and the user's question to the configured AI provider chain, rather than sending the entire uploaded library.
Provider availability depends on the AI services configured for the account or deployment. Provider processing is governed by each provider's own terms.
Payments
Payments, subscriptions, refunds, invoices, and webhook events are processed through Razorpay. Atlas stores payment references, statuses, invoice links, amounts, and event metadata needed for billing records and support.
Atlas does not store full card numbers, UPI credentials, banking passwords, or equivalent sensitive payment instrument details.
Retention and deletion
Files, extracted text, embeddings, and graph records are retained while the account is active unless the user deletes them or a retention policy requires removal.
Audit, billing, tax, abuse-prevention, and security logs may be retained as required for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and platform safety.
