Refund Policy

Refund eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate payments, accidental upgrades, gateway errors, failed provisioning, or other good-faith billing issues.
Abuse, policy violations, chargebacks, consumed storage, heavy AI usage, and completed billing periods may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility.
Razorpay refunds
Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay against the original payment reference when available.
Bank, wallet, card, or UPI settlement timelines are controlled by Razorpay and the user's payment provider.
Cancellations and downgrades
Cancellation may take effect immediately or at the end of the billing cycle depending on the user's selected cancellation option and Razorpay subscription state.
When a user downgrades below current storage usage, new uploads may be rejected until usage is reduced below the active plan limit.
