Aleshi Atlas is an AI knowledge operating system that ingests user-provided files, indexes content, builds searchable chunks, creates knowledge relationships, and answers questions using configured AI providers.

Users remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, rights, and confidentiality of all uploaded content.

Users must maintain control of their Firebase account credentials and promptly report unauthorized access.

Email verification, password reset, session protection, account lockout, usage controls, and operational logging are used to protect accounts.

AI answers may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be treated as professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or compliance advice.

Users must review generated outputs before relying on them. Atlas may refuse or limit requests that violate platform policy or provider policy.

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. Subscription activation, cancellation, downgrades, upgrades, invoices, and refunds depend on successful Razorpay processing and verified webhook events.

Taxes, gateway failures, bank delays, chargebacks, and refunds are handled according to applicable law, Razorpay rules, and this service's refund policy.
